Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery

1.1. We deliver orders throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Shipments are organized from our headquarters in Kraków, Poland.

1.2. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union or Europe, please contact us via e-mail at info@artme-home.com before placing your order. We will calculate the shipping cost individually based on the destination.

1.3. The order processing time is usually around 10 business days (counted from the date of payment confirmation). After placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail about the exact shipping date.

1.4. Deliveries are handled by reputable courier companies. The delivery cost is shown in the shopping cart during checkout.

1.5. All artworks are carefully secured for transport — packed in dedicated protective boxes or, for larger formats, in reinforced crates.

1.6. For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. to the United Kingdom or Switzerland), customs duties and import taxes are not included in the order price. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees according to the regulations of the destination country.

1.7. The customer is required to check the parcel in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, a damage report should be completed, and our team should be contacted immediately.


2. Returns

2.1. In accordance with consumer protection law, customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment — without giving any reason.

2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us via e-mail at info@artme-home.com and return the product to the address provided in our return instructions.

2.3. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unused, and either in its original packaging or properly secured for transport.

2.4. The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

  • Within Poland, the return cost does not exceed 50 PLN,

  • Within Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the return cost does not exceed 100 EUR.

To simplify the process, the customer will receive a return label via e-mail. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

2.5. The refund for the product (including the initial delivery cost in the lowest offered shipping option) will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.


3. Personalized Products

3.1. For products made to individual order or personalized (e.g. artworks with a custom frame, size, or finish), the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.


4. Complaints

4.1. If a product has manufacturing defects or does not comply with the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.

4.2. In the case of an accepted complaint, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.

4.3. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to info@artme-home.com, including a description of the issue and photos of the defect or damage.
