2. Purposes and basis of data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to:
- execution of orders and transaction processing (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- user account registration and customer account management,
- issuing invoices and fulfilling accounting obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR),
- sending the newsletter (based on voluntary consent – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),
- implementation of marketing and remarketing campaigns (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),
- handling inquiries sent via the contact form,
- ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
3. Types of data processed
We may process the following personal data:

- invoice details (including Tax Identification Number in the case of B2B purchases),

4.1. If you consent, we may send you commercial and marketing information in the form of a newsletter.
4.2. The shipping system is operated by the GetResponse platform.
4.3. Subscription is voluntary and you can cancel it at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email.
4.4. The newsletter complies with the double opt-in principle.

As part of order fulfillment, data may be shared:
- payment operators: Przelewy24, PayPal, Shopify Payments ,
- courier companies: DPD, DHL, FedEx, GO!,
- accounting, hosting and IT support companies ( dhosting.pl ),
- mailing service providers ( GetResponse ),
- e-commerce platform ( Shopify ),
- advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads .
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, unless this is due to the recipient's location or tools (e.g. Shopify, Meta, TikTok).
6. Cookies and analytical tools
6.1. The website uses cookies to:
- ensuring proper operation of the website,
- personalization of content and offers,
- conducting remarketing activities,
- collecting statistical data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

7.1. The customer may, but is not required to, create a user account to place an order.
7.2. Registration allows you to track your order history and edit your data.
7.3. The Customer may request the deletion of his/her account at any time by contacting us by e-mail.

- their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- data transfer,
- withdraw consent to data processing at any time,
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
