📋 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “SILENT MOTION” GIVEAWAY
organized by ART ME. Home on the Instagram platform

§1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is ART ME. Home (artme-home.com), Kraków.

§2. Duration

The giveaway runs from March 20, 2026 (from the moment the giveaway post is published) until March 27, 2026, 11:59 PM CET.
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

§3. Participation شروط / Eligibility

The giveaway is open to any natural person who:

1. is at least 18 years old,
2. has an active, public Instagram account, follows @artme_home, likes the giveaway post,
3. leaves a comment under the giveaway post answering the question: “What does ART ME. Home remind you of?” and tags at least one person.

Each participant may submit only one comment.
Participation is free and voluntary — no purchase is required.

Employees and collaborators of ART ME. Home, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participation.

§4. Prize

The prize is an original ART ME. Home artwork titled “SILENT MOTION”, size 80 × 100 cm, framed.
Prize value: 219 EUR.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product.

§5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by the organizer’s jury from all valid entries.
The selection criteria are originality, creativity, and emotional impact of the response.

The jury’s decision is final and binding.

The results will be announced no later than March 31, 2026 via Instagram Stories and in a comment under the giveaway post.

§6. Prize Claim

The winner will be notified by being tagged in a comment and/or via a private message (DM) on Instagram.

To receive the prize, the winner must respond and provide shipping details within 7 days of notification.

Failure to respond within this period will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, and the organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

The prize will be shipped at the organizer’s expense within Poland / the European Union.

§7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Participants’ personal data (Instagram username and the winner’s address details) will be processed by ART ME. Home solely for the purpose of conducting and completing the giveaway.

The legal basis for processing is the participant’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data will not be shared with third parties.
Participants have the right to access, correct, delete their data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data will be deleted after the giveaway ends and the prize has been delivered.

§8. Final Provisions

This giveaway is not a lottery within the meaning of applicable gambling laws.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules (e.g., fake accounts, spam, inappropriate content).

The organizer also reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the giveaway for valid reasons — information will be provided via Instagram Stories.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
